Just watching Hollyoaks. amaaaaazing how much infidelity is actually in this show! ok so toni cheats on jacki with her sister mercedes. Justin cheats on Katy with his exes sister (Becca) Nancy, who is technically cheating on her husband Jake, who is Beccas ex husband. Katy cheats on Justin with Zak. all veeeery complicated. this show does highlight the aftermass of what happens when someone cheats though. friendships are ruined, familys are broken, people even become depressed. altougth this show does take it to the extremes- mercedes is black mailing toni for money to keep her from telling jacki. when justin origionally went with becca, she was married to jake, now because of their affair, becca went to prison because justin was underage, she then got stabbed, their baby- charlie, then went to the custody of jake and nancy, who then got married, jake then went insane and tried to kill charlie, after raping nancy- all as a result of the origional affair! very far-fetched but also highlights how one tiny selfish moment can affect many lives, for the rest of their lives.
